Joining the Cabrillo Beach Polar Bears
In order to become a member of the Polar Bears, we require:
- You confirm your belief in our mission statement
- You hang around us for a while (to get to know us and let us know you)
- Fill out our Membership Application form
- Have two (2) current members sponsor you (sign the application)
- Pay the dues and application fee
- Get voted in at a potluck
